I'm Kristyn.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Organizational Development Consultant in private practice in Washington, DC. 

​

I have devoted more than twenty years to the deep study of individual and group systems.

 

My formal training spans the arts and sciences: molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, pathophysiology, anatomy, physiology, system psychodynamics, psychosomatic work, mindfulness, and manual therapy. 

​

In my bodywork practice, I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), oncology massage, therapeutic bodywork, and psychosomatic integration.​​

 

As a consultant, I use somatic techniques and a system psychodynamics framework to help groups tap into their fundamental purpose, reduce system friction, and clarify their strategic direction.

 

The method underlying both practices is Source Alignment™. This system integration method surfaces and releases patterns that inhibit a system's full expression, whether that system is a human body or an organization.
